Program Deployment in Two Easy Steps
ELM program deployment is designed to be turnkey, simple, and prompt for participating medical facilities and organizing administrators. Generally, ELM can deploy a program in as little as two weeks, usually in two easy steps.
Step 1: Assign Courses
New clients assign courses by filling out the ELM Implementation Form and returning it to ELM. We walk through this form during an initial implementation conference call. Clients have the ability to deliver a customized, relevant, and targeted program for:
- Individual provider types (e.g., physician, nurse, resident);
- Medical specialties (e.g., pediatrics, obstetrics, emergency medicine);
- Different facilities (e.g., hospital, location, physician group); or
- Combination of variables
Step 2: Distribute Registration Site URL
ELM will work with new clients to develop a custom URL for your medical staff. This URL is where clients direct their program participants to go to register for the program. ELM will follow up with the client to provide documents to assist in the course announcement process; these include a one-page flyer with registration instructions for providers and instructions for accessing the back-end administrative reporting.
